Rate Match Guarantee

Hawaii Surfboard Rentals will rate match any internet surfboard rental company plus offer an additional 5% off as long as the item is identical . Rate match guarantee can only be made at time of reservation. Delivery/Pick up locations outside of Waikiki and Honolulu do not qualify for rate match guarantee.

Delivery/PU Info.

All surfboard rentals are delivered and picked up at your home or hotel. Our rental rates include this free delivery and pick up service. We do not have a physical surf shop, this is a mobile business working off the Web. Our only surf shop is this Web site.

Based on the location of a surfboard delivery/pick up we have set delivery times, however, if our times do not work with your schedule please let us know so we can accommodate you as best as possible. Please keep your cell phone or requested method of contact open during your selected delivery time, your surfboard delivery driver will contact you 10 - 15 minutes prior to his/her arrival. Reservation Guarantee

Reservations Recommended. Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Please note that a credit card used to guarantee a reservation is not charged until delivery of your surfboard(s). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.

Surfboard Damage/Theft

When engaging in the rental or use of Hawaii Surfboard Rentals equipment you agree to accept all responsibility to maintain the condition and whereabouts of all the equipment rented for the entire rental period and to pay all repair and/or replacement costs for any damage or theft that may occur to equipment during the rental period. Surfboard damage fee is $40./ inch. Maximum limit of liability for surfboard damage is $250. Maximium limit of liability for surfboard theft or loss is $800.

Surfboard Swap

If you are unsatisfied with the surfboard you have rented, Hawaii Surfboard Rentals will swap the surfboard out with you at no additional charge. Surfboards swaps are normally done during morning routes and require a days notice.

Discounts

Airline employees, active duty military, college students and surfing related business employees qualify for 10% off the total cost with proof of valid AOA, CAC, student I.D. and/or proof of employment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to day of rental to avoid a cancellation charge of $25 USD.
